Regulamin
1. Godziny otwarcia studia są zróżnicowane względem zapisów. Sesje,konsultacje i inne sprawy tylko po uprzednim umówieniu.
2. Zarezerwowanie usługi w studio "Joanna Art Tattoo" jest równoznaczne ze złożeniem przez klienta oświadczenia, iż nie ma żadnych przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych do korzystania z usług oferowanych przez studio, poddaje się zabiegom z własnej, nieprzymuszonej woli oraz, że zapoznał się z niniejszym regulaminem i akceptuje jego warunki. Za ewentualne konsekwencje klient ponosi odpowiedzialność.
3. Rezerwacje terminów można dokonywać za pomocą:
- Telefonu
- Osobistej wizyty w studio.
4. Prosimy o wybieranie terminów, które są dla Państwa możliwe i osiągalne.
5. W celu umówienia wizyty w naszym studio na wykonanie tatuażu,wymagana jest wpłata zadatku na poczet terminu, 50 euro mały - mały tatuaż, 100 - duży tatuaż. Wpłaty można dokonać przelewem na konto NL77INGB0104560657 lub osobiście w naszym studio. W tytule przelewu prosimy wpisać: imię, nazwisko oraz datę wizyty. Na wpłatę czekamy 24h od momentu rezerwacji. W dniu wizyty zadatek odejmowany jest od ceny usługi. Zadatek jest bezzwrotny, termin można przełożyć tylko RAZ, minimum tydzień przed umówioną wizytą ,inaczej zadatek przepada! Przy ponownej chęci rezerwacji wymagany jest kolejny zadatek. Liczymy na wzajemny szacunek i znikomą ilość takich sytuacji.
6. Udostępnianie danych osobowych i numerów telefonu przez klientów przy rejestracji jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie danych przez Joanna Art Tattoo, zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenia ochronie danych).Powyższe dane służyć mogą tylko i wyłącznie do obsługi klienta i kontaktowania się z nim w celu rezerwacji i układania terminarza naszego studia.
7. Klient umawiając się na wizytę zobowiązany jest podać swoje prawdziwe imię i nazwisko oraz aktualny numer telefonu.
8. Tatuaże wykonuje dokładnie, rzetelnie i profesjonalnie - wymaga to odpowiedzialności czasu. Dlatego prosimy Was o punktualność (przychodzenie sporo przed czasem również nie jest wskazane!). Warunkiem wykonania pełnej usługi jest punktualne przyjście na wizytę (ewentualne spóźnienia bez poinformowania mnie o tym telefonicznie akceptowane są tylko do 15 min.,po umówionym terminie - każdy przypadek rozpatrujemy indywidualnie, istnieje możliwość odstąpienia od tej reguły. W przypadku spóźnienia nie gwarantujemy pełnego wykonania usługi , w niektórych przypadkach spóźnienie oznacza brak wykonanej usługi.
9. Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu tatuowania, należy wypełnić kwestionariusz zdrowotny, podpisać oświadczenie o akceptacji ryzyka.
10. Osoba poddająca się zabiegowi nie może być pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków ani żadnych innych środków odurzających.
11. Preferuje przychodzenie bez osób towarzyszących lub poinformowaniu mnie uprzednio.
12. Salon zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy wizyty lub usunięcia z bazy klientów, osób niepojawiających się na umówionych spotkaniach lub notorycznie odmawiających wizyty.
13. Gdy zachodzi konieczność zmiany terminu wizyty wynikającej z okoliczności leżących po stronie studia, klient wybiera najdogodniejszy i najbliższy dla siebie wolny termin.
14. Klient ma obowiązek stosowania się do zaleceń poza zabiegowych, zgodnie z instrukcją przekazaną podczas zabiegu przez pracownika studia. Tylko właściwa pielęgnacja i stosowanie się do zaleceń pracownika studia może gwarantować najlepsze rezultaty i efekty po wykonanej usłudze.
15. W budynku studia tatuażu Joanna Art Tattoo zakazane jest: palenie papierosów, zażywanie środków odurzających, wnoszenie i spożywanie napojów alkoholowych, głośne i niekulturalne zachowanie, korzystanie z urządzeń znajdujących się w salonie bez zgody personelu.
16. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za dzieci pozostawione bez opieki. Za uszkodzenia i zniszczenia, odpowiedzialność ponoszą rodzice bądź ich prawni opiekunowie. Zakaz biegania w studio. Wymagamy spokoju w trakcie wykonywania usług przez personel.
17. Za przedmioty pozostawione na terenie obiektu, studio nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności.
18. Obecność zwierząt w studio jest zabroniona.
19. Wszelkie sprawy nieuwzględnione w regulaminie studia będą zawsze rozpatrywane z chęcią osiągnięcia kompromisu i porozumienia satysfakcjonującego obie strony, tj. Klientów i studio.
20.Każdy projekt jest wyceniany indywidualnie w zależności od wielkości, położenia i skomplikowania. Projekt tworzę indywidualnie dla Ciebie. Gotowy projekt wysyłam najpóźniej dwa dni przed umówionym terminem, wtedy jest czas na ewentualne poprawki.
21. Wszystkie osoby znajdujące się na terenie studia Joanna Art Tattoo są zobowiązane przestrzegać niniejszego regulaminu i stosować się do sugestii pracowników.
22. Studio Joanna Art Tattoo zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu.
Studio regulations
1. The studio's opening hours vary according to appointments. Sessions, consultations, and other matters are by appointment only.
2. Booking a service at "Joanna Art Tattoo" studio implies that the client declares that they have no health contraindications to using the services offered by the studio, they submit to the treatments of their own free will, and that they have read and accept the terms of this regulation. The client bears responsibility for any potential consequences.

4. Please choose appointment times that are feasible and accessible for you.
5. To schedule a tattoo appointment at our studio, a deposit payment is required in advance. €50 for a small tattoo, €100 for a large tattoo. Payments can be made by bank transfer to account NL77INGB0104560657 or in-person at our studio. Please include your name, surname, and appointment date in the transfer title. We expect payment within 24 hours of booking. On the day of the appointment, the deposit is deducted from the service price. The deposit is non-refundable, and the appointment can only be rescheduled once, at least a week before the scheduled date; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited! A new deposit is required for rebooking. We count on mutual respect and minimal occurrences of such situations.
6. Providing personal data and phone numbers by customers during registration implies consent to the processing of data by Joanna Art Tattoo, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.The above data serves solely for customer service and contacting them for the purpose of booking and scheduling our studio.
7. When scheduling an appointment, the client is obliged to provide their real name and surname, as well as a current phone number.
8. Tattoos are performed meticulously, diligently, and professionally - this requires time responsibility. Therefore, we ask for punctuality (coming well ahead of time is also not recommended!). Full service execution requires punctual arrival for the appointment (any delays without prior notification by phone are only accepted up to 15 minutes past the agreed time; after that, each case is considered individually, and there is a possibility of deviating from this rule. In case of delay, we do not guarantee full service execution; in some cases, lateness may result in no service being performed.
9. Before undergoing a tattoo procedure, a health questionnaire must be completed, and a risk acceptance statement must be signed.
10. The person undergoing the procedure must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances.
11. It is preferred for clients to come alone or to inform me beforehand of any accompanying persons.
12. The salon reserves the right to refuse visits or remove from the client base those who do not attend scheduled meetings or who consistently refuse appointments.
13. When it is necessary to change the appointment due to circumstances on the studio's side, the client chooses the most convenient and earliest available date for themselves.
14. The client is obliged to follow post-treatment recommendations, as provided during the treatment by the studio employee. Only proper care and adherence to the studio's recommendations can guarantee the best results and effects after the service is performed.
15. Smoking cigarettes, taking intoxicating substances, bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, loud and uncivilized behavior, using devices in the salon without staff consent are prohibited in the building of Joanna Art Tattoo studio.
16. The studio is not responsible for unattended children. For damages and destruction, responsibility lies with the parents or legal guardians. Running in the studio is prohibited. We require peace during services performed by the staff.
17. The studio is not liable for items left on the premises.
18. Pets are not allowed in the studio.
19. Any matters not covered in the studio regulations will always be considered with a willingness to achieve compromise and satisfying agreement for both parties, i.e., customers and the studio.
20.Each project is priced individually depending on its size, location and complexity. I create the project individually for you. I send the finished project no later than two days before the agreed date, then there is time for any corrections.
21. All persons present at the Joanna Art Tattoo studio premises are required to adhere to this regulation and comply with the suggestions of the employees.
22. Joanna Art Tattoo studio reserves the right to change the Regulations.
